Carole Leigh: Counsellor, Wellbeing Coach, Mindfulness Teacher, & Ocean Therapist

Phillip Island, Australia

Carole works with people who feel stuck in survival mode and want life to feel more balanced again. She combines therapeutic counselling with strengths-based coaching and applied positive psychology to help clients move from overwhelm toward more equilibrium in their day-to-day lives.

As a certified scuba diver, freediver, and passionate ocean advocate, Carole brings her deep relationship with the water into Ocean Healing and Therapy sessions along the shores of Phillip Island near Melbourne. These slow, mindful shoreline walks invite clients to notice what the tide brings in and explore the meanings held in nature’s small offerings. Together, this coaching- and ocean-centered approach supports a shift from merely getting by to feeling more steady and engaged again.
